* WELCOME TO ADOPTION 911 *
Adoption 911 is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) animal
rescue. We are devoted to helping all the animals in their time of
need. Focused on saving our beautiful 4 leggeds from a life of despair,torture, starvation, solitude and slaughter. Our doors are open to all the
animals. This rescue was founded by Candi Cane Cooper Animal Communicator, as her motivation
was simple.
It was a Saturday afternoon late in January and she had just
finished working at Santa Anita doing some communication work with the Race
Ponies. She knew that this day could quite possibly be the hardest day of her
life. Candi had plans to go under cover for a documentary. She was going to visit a feed lot
where hundreds of horses were being held right before they were to go to slaughter. As soon as she drove up, a starved and pregnant Mare starting calling out to her at the
top of her lungs. There were hundreds there, but this Mare was determined to
get her attention. Her heart sunk as she approached, fighting back the tears. As she gently put her arms around her neck the Mare suddenly whispered in quiet
desperation
"Save Me" and the rest is history........
Candi asked her when she was going to have the baby? She said
NOW!!! She promised her at that moment she would come back and save her. Two days
later she did, so with the birth of her baby girl Jazz,
ADOPTION 911 was also
born.
